Emotional Quotient 360 (EQ 360)

The Emotional Quotient-360 (EQ 360) test accompanies the Emotional Quotient Inventory 2 (EQ-I 2.0). The EQ-i 2.0 is used first to identify the level of a client's emotional and social functioning. The EQ 360 is then used with the client's colleagues to provide a complete, unbiased view of the client. The results of both the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-360 are compared, resulting in a complete 360-degree profile of the client.

The EQ 360 Report includes the feedback of all respondents, including the client and his/her colleagues. All responses are consolidated into one report for the client and then one for the coach. The consolidation of the reports saves time, effort, and allows for a better comparison and understanding of the feedback.

The EQ 360 is a restricted tool and can only be accessed by Accredited Professionals or Registered Psychologists. EQ 360 Accreditation Training is provided through Performance Frontiers, a training provider in Australia and New Zealand.
