Short Employment Tests (SET)

Use SET to screen candidates’ verbal, maths and clerical aptitude in as little as 5 minutes per test. Available in four parallel forms, the SET are ability tests for any job requiring clerical and mathematical skills.

These include:

• Bank Teller
• Customer Service
• Cashiers
• Reservation Agents
• General Administrative Worker

Screen for all three skills by administering the three tests or just use a single relevant subtest:
Verbal (V)
Check vocabulary and general thinking ability.
Numerical (N)
Test ability to do simple mathematical computations with speed and accuracy.
Clerical (CA)
Check ability to locate and verify a name in an alphabetical list, then read and classify the dollar amount located opposite that name. Speed and accuracy determine test scores.
