Product Description
The Crawford Small Parts Dexterity Test (CSPDT) helps to predict success and efficiency in jobs demanding manual dexterity and fine precision finger movements, including:
- Electronic parts manufacture and repair
- Intricate wiring
- Assembly and adjustment of meters, machines and instruments
- Engraving
It requires candidates to undertake a timed series of fine motor tasks on an assembly plate, using tweezers and a screwdriver.
The manual offers easy-to-understand directions for administering the test and interpreting results.
