*NOTE Important Web Browser Issues - 6/2/2012

Currently we are experiencing platform compatibility issues with FireFox 9 and 10. We recommend using either IE 7 or higher or FireFox 3.0 to 8.

We apologise for the inconvenience and assure you that we are working towards resolving the issue by the next release due at the end of February 2012.

To roll back to Firefox 8 please follow the below instructions:

  • Download the Firefox 8 installer by going to ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/8.0.1/win32/en-US/Firefox Setup 8.0.1.exe and clicking Save File when prompted. The Firefox 8 installer will be saved on your hard drive under My Documents in the Downloads folder with the name Firefox Setup 8.0.exe.
  • Run the installer by double-clicking it. Be sure to close any open Firefox browser windows prior to running the installer.
  • Click Finish to complete the installation.
  • When the re-installed Firefox browser opens, go to Tools | Options.
  • Click Advanced to go to the Advanced panel.
  • Within the Advanced panel, click the Update tab.
  • Within the Update tab, under “When updates to Firefox are found:” click the option to “Ask me what I want to do.” When future Firefox updates become available, you will be prompted to update, but the update will not be run automatically. You will have the opportunity to postpone the update until later.
  • Click OK to save your settings.

Once platform issues are resolved, you can either turn on automatic updates or simply click "Yes" when prompted to update.

Registration

Once you are registered with Pearson Talent Assessment you will have an account set up on the platform, allowing you to purchase and administer Pearson assessments from the convenience of your own computer. Accounts will be set up within 2 working days from the time you register.

Competitive Prices

You will find our prices very competitive, and you are not locked into any contract. Simply choose and pay for the assessments as you wish to use. Pricing is determined by a sliding scale, based on the quantity purchased.

Online Platform Subscription Types

There are three subscriptions or account levels in the new platform:
1. Basic
This access level is best if you are an occasional user of assessments, with a ‘standard’ or non-branded look. This is for basic ordering and administering of assessments with limited custom ordering or authoring needs.

2. Standard
This access level is good if you are a more brand conscious user of the system. You will receive all of the features of Basic access, and more.

3. Professional
This access level is for a full-featured user of the system. You will receive all of the features of Standard access, with additional features. This setup is best suited to consulting firms with sub-client information and corporate organisations with advanced testing needs.

Payment Options

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards (Australian users only). If you already have a trading account with Pearson Talent Assessment then you can choose the purchase order payment option.
