More about the Golden

The Golden Personality Type Profiler is used around the world, and provides you with a valuable development tool that can help a person understand the basis for their decision-making and the way they relate to other people.

The Golden represents an alternative to the well-known Myers Briggs, but has three key differences:

  1. Not only does the Golden give you Jungian 4-letter personality type, but also sub-facets that look at differences within type.
  2. A fifth dimension that directly measures stress and how the individual (type)  approaches/manages stress.
  3. The Golden Team Report provides insight into team dynamics, including potential strengths as well as blind spots.
