Alec has a diverse background in Psychology and Psychotherapy, Adult Education, Business and Human Resources Management. He has held executive management positions in a number of multi-national companies. His organisational change knowledge has been utilised in developing corporate cultures and merging cultures in acquisitions - amalgamation environments. In addition, Alec has managed a Registered Training Organization (RTO) and has been in the forefront of Competency Based Training in many industries. Alec is a member of GANZ (Gestalt Australia New Zealand) and a member of PACFA.
