Pearson Clinical and Talent Assessment invites you to participate in the development of an innovative personality questionnaire for Australia and New Zealand. The data collected will be used to create local norms for Australia and New Zealand.

The SOSIE is a questionnaire used to help individuals learn more about their work preferences and values. These are important aspects of career choice, job and organisational fit and professional development.

Who is eligible?

All Australian and New Zealand residents of working age are eligible to take part and we encourage you to forward this information to your contacts.

How can you take part?

- Express your interest by completing this form
- Once you have registered, you will receive an email invitation to complete the questionnaire
- Answer a few demographic questions
- Complete the online personality questionnaire (approximately 30-45 minutes) in one sitting and without disturbance
- Receive your complimentary feedback report.
