Assessment Debrief Service
Pearson TalentLens are able to assist HR professionals by administering assessments to candidates on your behalf saving you time as well as giving you access to assessments which are restricted to psychologists such as the Sosie, EQ-i and Golden. We are able to provide oral or written feedback on the candidate's results and work with you on the overall suitability of the candidate to the role. We are also able to assist with competency mapping to identify which assessments are relevant to the roles you are looking to fill.

Golden Personality Type Profiler
Engage teams and work towards the same clear vision
Our Team Building program will open the doors of communication and teamwork. Using the Golden Personality Type Profiler participants will ignite a new self-awareness as they learn how their preferences and work style impacts the team. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn how to understand and identify the communication preferences of their colleagues and clients and “flex” their style when necessary. These characteristics are vital when building effective, lasting relationships. Using Personality Type as a foundation, the team will learn to:
- Communicate better
- Resolve conflict
- Build a higher performing team
- Learn the effect of stress on Personality Type
Team Building Workshops can be delivered in a 2, 3 or 4-hour period, depending on the size of the team and what the participants want to gain from the session. An initial conversation with the team leader will determine what goals are to be accomplished and set a time period for the group session. Each team workshop is preceded by a one-on-one debriefing session where each participant will receive feedback on their individual results from the Golden Personality Type Profiler™ questionnaire.

Emotional intelligence is an awareness of your actions and feelings Practical examples of EI include the ability to control one’s temper, taking the time to understand how the other person is feeling, practising active listening skills, being humble, and taking responsibility for your actions. It is also the foundation for a host of critical skills: adaptability, anger management, confidence, resilience and much more.
Emotional intelligence is one of the biggest predictors of performance in the workplace and the strongest driver of leadership and personal excellence.
Research studies using sample groups at work has found that 90% of top performers in organisations are also high in emotional intelligence. On the flip side, just 20% of bottom performers are high in emotional intelligence.
The good news is that Emotional Intelligence can be improved with deliberate interventions such as individual and team coaching sessions.
Pearson offers 2, 3 or 4-hour team development workshops using the EQ-i 2.0 assessment as a base of the session. Each participant will complete an individual questionnaire and receive one-on-one feedback on their results prior to the team session.
The team session focuses on:
- The Emotional Intelligence level of the group
- How the scores of each individual contribute to the Groups Emotional Intelligence level
- General as well as score-based improvement strategies for the team to increase their level of Emotional Intelligence
- Specific activities for individuals to learn from existing team members who are high in Emotional Intelligence Scales
